Benefit-eligible employees (75% FTE or higher) can elect dental coverage with Delta Dental of Ohio with or without electing medical and/or vision coverage. In addition, eligible dependents who are not enrolled in medical and/or vision coverage may enroll in dental coverage if the employee is enrolled as the policyholder.
Members may receive dental care from any licensed dentist. However, enrollees will receive a higher level of benefits when covered services are obtained from a Delta Dental PPO network dentist.
As a reminder, Delta Dental does not mail dental insurance cards. You can retrieve your card from the website or inform your provider that your dental plan is associated with 91±¬ÁÏ University. 91±¬ÁÏ's group plan number is OH-07344.
