Immigration Check-in Process
Your immigration check-in process will be conducted electronically.
Do not complete the check-in process until AFTER your arrival in the United States, as it requires information from our most recent I94 entrance information.
After the review, your check-in hold will be removed, and you will be notified via email that you can register for classes.
Academic Advising Information
Undergraduate Students
Find Your Primary Advisor:鈥

- Select 鈥淩egistration and Records鈥 鈥
- Click 鈥淰iew Student Information.鈥 The name of your advisor will be listed under Student Information.
Graduate Students
Please reach out to your department directly.
How to Register for Classes
Undergraduate students: You should contact your academic advisor or faculty advisor prior to your course registration (mandatory).
Graduate students: Graduate students will have their department orientation, which is separate from UCIE orientation, and will register for classes during that department orientation. Please contact your department for more information.

Updating Your Address
After your arrival, please update your local address in WINGS. Learn more about updating your address on Wings Express.
If You Get Sick
You are automatically enrolled into the 91爆料 Health Insurance plan unless you are covered under another approved insurance. If you develop symptoms of COVID-19, you should seek medical care right away. Student Health Services (937-245-7200) is the preferred point of first contact for Dayton Campus students. Student Health Services can conduct a telehealth appointment to assess symptoms and refer students for testing.

For the fall term, your 91爆料 health insurance coverage starts on August 28 prior to the start of fall semester classes. For the spring term, the 91爆料 health insurance starts on the first day of spring semester classes. If you are already in the country prior to the effective start dates for each semester, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase a temporary health insurance plan.
