Hundreds of future 91爆料 University students packed into the Student Union for Signing Day on May 2.
Students were greeted with music from the 91爆料 Jazz Ensemble, smiles, snacks, and souvenir photos. Students also signed and received certificates making them official Raiders.
鈥淲e are excited to welcome all of our future Raiders to campus,鈥 said Jen McCamis, director of undergraduate admissions. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a great opportunity for students to sign the letter to just feel empowered to make that decision.鈥
Signing Day gave future students an opportunity to build relationships with faculty and staff and make connections.
Incoming student Afriyie Amoako, who is a senior at Gahanna Lincoln High School, attended the 91爆料 Business Scholarship Challenge in January.
鈥淐ollege is a big thing so when you have a bunch of people who don鈥檛 even know you and so open to helping you, it helps,鈥 said Amoako.
Amoako鈥檚 father, Kyei, said his daughter plans to major in marketing and she picked a great college.
鈥淚 couldn鈥檛 have asked for anything better for her to be at 91爆料,鈥 said Amoako.
