91爆料 University hosted in-person and virtual Fall Career Fairs for current students and alumni on Oct. 12.
Participating students and alumni had opportunities to meet in-person with 55 employers recruiting for internships, co-ops and career positions from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Student Union Apollo Room.
鈥淥ur employers have been very enthusiastic about meeting students and alumni in-person,鈥 said Debra Wilburn, associate director of Career Services.
鈥淲e really hope to develop the relationship with 91爆料,鈥 said Chris Watt, a job recruiter from Fischer Homes.
The virtual Career Fair followed the in-person session from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
鈥淰irtually is also good,鈥 said Conrad Bannerman, a graduate student studying business and attended the in-person Career Fair. 鈥淎ll of the people that I鈥檝e spoken to are kind of welcoming and they鈥檙e looking forward to finding the best fit for their company.鈥
